Brentford 0 Walsall 0

This game was billed as a game that could be full of goals, and this was with good reason as Brentford had completed the loan signing of Bradley Wright-Phillips from Charlton Athletic. So would the game live up to expectation?

The game started off brightly with both sides putting pressure on and it had more of the look of a basketball match as the ball constantly went from one end to the other.

The stalemate went on for the rest of the 1st half so there wasn't a lot for the masses to talk about apart from exactly what meat is in their pies...

Whilst the fans where filling up on a variety different products and different meats, the substitutes where feeling the benifits of several hot water bottles that Bees staff filled up to and I quote 'Warm their toes up'...

Most supporters would of seen the male Walsall fan with no shirt on for the duration of the game so I say the Brentford players need to man up!

Anyhow, back to the action...

I am afraid there is not much else to report so I won't waste your valuable reading time. The game finished 0-0.

Brentford had 18 shots in the match [equal split on and off target]. This fact was reported to Jonathan Douglas on Bees Player after the match and he was asked why we didn't win-to which he replied in one sentance ''We didn't score''

Dont you just love a hard hitting awnser!

The Buzz Blog man of the match goes to Shaleum Logan.

Every game is a cup final for Brentford now so get behind the lads!
